    First appointment for an inspection we scheduled, no one showed up or called to cancel.

    Second appointment, the inspector did a less than thorough “inspection” and concluded that we did not have any bed bugs. Additionally, the inspector was quite rude and almost refused to inspect our apartment for reasons unbeknownst to us.

    Come to find out, we do have bed bugs! Thanks, Orkin!

    We will not be using this service again.
